Most software gives away the surface and charges for privacy. We invert it. The Base tier is genuinely free and private by construction. Hosting and skills are priced near cost. What you pay a real premium for is the one thing that can't be commoditized: a curated server, a charter you author, and 1:1 human support behind the bond.
